01.  Where are you located?  I live in Orleans, Ontario, which is just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Ottawa, Ontario.  It's about a 2 hour drive from Montreal and a 4 hour drive from Toronto.  My rates apply to the Ottawa, Hull, Gatineau area.  For rates on other cities I do have Out-of-Town rates.  For cities not listed there, please contact me.
